Pros
This is a small company making high end custom textiles. The work is hands on and detail oriented. Co-workers are helpful and kind.
Cons
There is a lack of time management. Run-on meetings often cut into production time and orders are late. Staff is blamed for imperfections in the production that they have no control over. Directions are unclear and inconsistent. Internal systems that could easily be digitized have not been because the owner doesn't understand technology. The pay is low and there is no healthcare or 401K. Workers do not seem to last long at this job so there are no senior employees to ask for advice.
