      Coworkers are great, mainly the sales and service departments They were sort of willing to work with my schedule

      Pay is very low Office Employees are Micromanaged Not much room for growth Benefits are not very good Tabitha

      Horrible company to work for horrible managers they just treat you like a number the amount of work you do is never enough! No room for advancement they lie and lie

      The culture here is second to none! From the expertise of our teams to the connection and supportive environment, to the consistent focus on delivering innovation and excellence…CMG has the right recipe. We have excellent compensation and benefits. In mid-2020 during the Pandemic, we not only retained all our employees but instituted a minimum starting wage of $15/hour for employees. In addition, CMG purposefully promotes employees' internal growth, development and promotion. Seriously consider a career at CMG...you will be excited to come to work every day as your contribution will be appreciated and rewarded.

      Cons

      Automotive retail is very rewarding, but only for those willing to put in the time and effort to make it their career!
