      Work place is ok good environment Coworkers are friendly Outside sales reps are helpful

      They are open on Sunday and till during 8pm the week Poor management Bonuses are almost impossible to achieve No gas reimbursement for driving your own car to appointment Expensive Benefits Low salary that is a draw system No training

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Company is customer driven - bending over backwards to help customers and solve issues. Advancement opportunities are available and the company always tries to promote from within when possible. Senior Management has an open-door policy - listening and responding to any concerns. Positive and fun work environment.

      Pros

      Good environment, good hours, and a great place to learn the industry. I have worked in retails establishments where the customer is never right and there is always a reason as to why the customer is at fault. I enjoy working at Carpet Exchange where we listen and try to understand where the customer is coming from and try to help them - this was a nice change.
