      Pros

      Decent benefits, not as great as they tout, nice office building unless you don't like prison gray, most of the staff is supportive.

      Cons

      Hyper micromanaging owners, outdated policies regarding ETO and time off, expensive insurance. I left because of outdated practices and unfair treatment of hourly employees.

      Pros

      Everyone is super helpful and supportive, the environment is very laid back and easy going, The owners are very hands on with the business and care about their employees. Management is very laid back as well, as long as employees are meeting goals and expectations that are given when they are hired. I always felt valued, appreciated, and supported. I am so thankful for the skills I gained and the relationships I built during the time with the company.

      The jobs are piece rate.
