      Very nice staff and patient and helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      I am an employee as I get paid. I have a W-2 but I did not get the stipend that everyone else got. This is not fair.

      Wonderful district to work for. Salaries are improving and good for the area. The district office cares about the arts and is very supportive.

      Lack of funding directly from the county. We all write grants to get funds.
