50% (up to 4$ off) meals as crew. 100% (up to 10$ off) as management. Hours can be flexible (this often comes at a cost).

Cons

You will be screamed at by customers and co-workers. You will be told to do things you know are wrong (like serving expired food). If you are inside on your break, you will be expected to "help out". You are not officially on call, but you are expected to be available at a moments notice.
