      Supportive colleagues, but culture and leadership disappoint

      Some colleagues are very supportive

      Cons

      Carrots looks great on the surface but the reality is disappointing. Leadership feels controlling rather than inspiring, and growth opportunities are overstated, recognition is inconsistent and training is minimal. The culture of “appreciation” is mostly performative, while long hours and poor work‑life balance quickly wear people down. It’s a frustrating place to work that doesn’t live up to its promises.
