Disorganized, too much work in limited space Toxic work environment. Over half the employees are all ex-convicts/Drug addicts. Surprised no one has died or been ran over by forklift.

Let's start with the fact that they don't take care of their employees. You are over work and underpay. Corporate doesn't care about managers doing their job. Management is the problem. They loose the good people but keep the ones that don't work.
