Co-workers are very helpful and willing to help with "dirty work". I was not related to nor friends with anyone in management and in my opinion was treated very well by management.

There were situations occasionally that "seemed" unfair but there are 2 sides to every story.
Friendly co-workers, learned some important skills, made some friends, diverse job opportunities.
Cons
Hectic environment, nothing ever seems worthy of praise, need to know the right people or be related to the right people to get hired or go very far, poor benefits.
