all really care about mission, nice colleagues and good work environment, good name and reputation in the aging services field

same senior leadership in place 25+ years, needs new leadership, low salary/not competitive for positions especially social workers

some staff is really nice.

Cons

they have no training program for people, no HR department (you have no protection), the president makes 10x more than the lowest paid employee. it is a JOKE how little they pay people compared to how much the president is making.
