      Given Autonomy and support when needed. Management had a decent hold on the process.

      They ended up closing. I heard that they reduced salary of employees.

      Cons

      Management is not helpful and it starts at the top which is at the exec level. Has no actual knowledge or boots on the ground experience. Left as soon as I could.
