They created a toxic environment, HR was horrible, stated I was doing such an amazing job as I walked into nightmare. When you come in as a seasoned employee and find so many issues at hand they don’t care about there communities or there staff.
Communication is extremely poor, almost non-existent. Benefits do not come close to meeting industry standards. Turnover is unprecedented even for this industry.
