      Pros

      Leaders of the company are smart, flexible and genuinely care about employees (they host employee events, listen to ideas from everyone, care about everyone’s career growth). The culture is work hard, play hard with plenty to flexibility to make your own schedule and people at the company are friendly and helpful!

      Some may not like the fully remote working environment

      Can't think of any. I guess gym stipspend and high learning curve. Which I appreciate the chance to learn

      Cons

      Be aware that you never get to meet your direct manager until after you join the company, which sometimes can cause a mismatch. Also, people got fired here all the time or left on their own. Turnover is high and there is a reason for that. I don't know why there are positive reviews posted here. HR never cares when I told them I have issues with my manager. Being collaborative and appreciative of employees are preached during team meetings, but when real issues arise, it does not get addressed. I just quitted as I had enough.
