      Nice bosses, great colleagues, opportunities for growth, and you will learn a lot on the job.

      Tone deaf management, poor work/life balance, slow hiring process, consistently understaffed and chronically stressed employees.

      Predictable hours, typical 9 - 5,

      Cons

      Dead end company with a culture of a high school locker room. Project managers have been with company for years and thrive on the little power they have within the company despite all being the crusty nerds that can't get laid. Micromanaging and constant monitoring on work devices and possibly on personal devices by CEOs. Pay is under 50k for full time. Benefits are ok but not worth it with the pay. Promised bonuses not paid. High maintenance clients. High turn over. Just say no.
