Pros

- Everyone is wonderful. I love my coworkers and I think it's a great work environment. I genuinely feel everybody here cares about each other and the world around them. - Management is open to feedback and willing to try new things - The work can be challenging and rewarding. Lots of learning opportunities if you're open to them. - Some really great clients, I really like getting to work with our nonprofit clients. - Compensation is competitive.

Cons

I'm not trying to sugarcoat this company, it has the same struggles as most MSPs. The hours will sometimes be long, the clients will sometimes be a handful, there will be out-of-the-blue emergencies and unexpected deluges of service requests. There is a lack of time for additional training and learning for employees and also it's a relatively small company so there doesn't seem to be much room for advancement at the moment, but I have seen it grow significantly in my short time with Cartwheel.

Nice bosses, great colleagues, opportunities for growth, and you will learn a lot on the job.

Cons

Tone deaf management, poor work/life balance, slow hiring process, consistently understaffed and chronically stressed employees.

Pros

Free beer; OK to good salary. Bonuses. No work after 6 unless on call.

Cons

Tortuously long and usually stressful day to day. Culture of anal punctuality. High turnover rate. Move up or move out company structure. Owners do not really understand technology well. Very crowded and loud office.
