      Great for night shift workers. Meaningful Decent pay for job duities. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Depends on who you work with. Day staff get paid way to little Horrible communication accross the board Questionable decision making from upper mangament constantly Depending on which program your placed into, can be a struggle compared to others. Not many growth options for a career.

      -great way to learn SB county mental health system -coworkers and admin excellent -great place to gain clinical training hours -cell phone, laptop and work items all in good condition and free

      Cons

      -supervision experience was poor, not much attention given and little support on emotional process of high acuity cases -favoritism from leadership towards certain employees
