      Pros

      They are effective at communicating with one another even when times become strenuous and you need to multitask.

      Cons

      super nice coworkers but also not professional in the slightest, my job was security although I would see coworkers on their cellphones (not allowed) multiple times and never even got properly trained.

      Pros

      * An owner who knows the business inside and out and willing to share that with those who want to learn what it takes to be successful in the security industry. * Professional and caring. Increased wages recently for all employees; added additional better coverage medical and dental; purchased new equipment for employees to have top line phones, uniforms and software. * Growth opportunities: I was hired as an admin assistant; got my security license and quickly rose to management because I was willing to work hard.

      Cons

      * Employees who don't think of anyone but themselves and call off at the drop of a hat - leaving others to have to cover their shifts. * It is a "standing" company meaning you may have to stand or walk the entire shift. Great for those who are in shape but hard on those who are not.

      This is absolutely THE single worst company I’ve worked for. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

      Absolutely no pros at all. Unless your looking for SOMETHING dumb to do then go right ahead and work for this trash of a company.

      Cons

      There are too many things to name that are cons in this company. Trust me. The biggest con is that you HAVE to pay to work for them!
