Pros
Good money to be made if you’re a hard working technician. Okay medical benefits. Some time is allocated at the monthly company meetings to address health & wellness topics. Office location is close to lots of restaurants. You get one hour lunch breaks if you’re admin staff.
Cons
Extremely toxic work environment. Owners are workplace bullies. There’s high turnover, low employee morale, and unreasonable work expectations for the amount of time and pay that you’re given. Weekend work required from May through mid-October. All positions are dead ends with no real opportunities for advancement. Zero work-life balance. Company is the polar opposite of everything it professes itself to be.
