      Lack of Commitment: The company scheduled two interviews but failed to proceed with either, demonstrating poor time management and a lack of respect for candidates' time. Unprofessional Communication: There was no prior notice or follow-up regarding the cancellations, leaving me uninformed and waiting unnecessarily. Wasted Time and Effort: Preparing for an interview requires time and effort, and their failure to follow through resulted in a frustrating and unproductive experience. Negative Candidate Experience: Such an unreliable process reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and may deter qualified candidates from considering future opportunities.
