Pros

Have good benefits. Work/life balance is ok Most of the coworkers are friendly and helpful. Have the option to explore different jobs within the organization.

Cons

Management is extremely lost and can't make decisions regarding anything. Most of the employees in the higher roles are not qualified for their job. The pay is well below the wages earned in surrounding areas. Turnover throughout the company is extremely high due to low pay and bad management. Stay away from this place.
