Decent commission when start getting it after month 1.

Cons

Commission paid out 45 days after month is over. Owner is overbearing and 80 + years old. She has way to much involvement in every process.

People. Kind, diverse group of coworkers. Talented young engineering department. Location Can gain a lot of very broad experience quickly. Wear many hats. Regular trainings from NJMEP Pay is comparable to similar roles Good product, company has noble goals

Cons

Lack of communication, clarity, professionalism, organization, budgeting and planning. Lack of departmental agency. Micromanagement by upper management Lack of accountability. Lack of meaningful safety culture. Poor documentation, though this was improving. Engineering department is too green. Most office staff jobs have been a revolving door. There is nothing I can say that other reviewers haven't already said. NJIT students especially, don't be afraid to message someone on Linkedin to ask what it's like, they're mostly alumni. It truly is what you make of it. If you can make it there you can make it anywhere.
