      Great work-life balance but lacks challenge and excitement

      Pros

      The work-life balance was great. The workload was relatively light, so it wasn't a high-pressure environment. It's a very stable place to work, especially for people who value stability. They also provided free lunch every Wednesday, which was a nice perk.

      Cons

      On the downside, I didn't feel very challenged. The pace was quite slow, and there weren't many exciting projects. After a while, I felt like my professional growth had slowed down.
