      Good people, good work environment, fun atmosphere, strong opportunity to contribute and push things forward, decent compensation, meritocracy, firm is looking to grow

      Can be demanding, lean projects, strong differences in partner quality, hesitance to expand outside of core competency - growth work in asset management

      Pros

      Extremely intelligent people who know the industry - working with some of the best asset managers globally.

      Cons

      Unsustainable hours and work life balance. Managers and leadership show no concern of the team's hours or how hard we work. Working until 2am is quite common, on some projects many nights even as late as 4am.
