      Pros

      As a senior software developer worked for the company for almost 10 years, I must say this company is getting better and better, especially after the new management took over the company about two years ago. This company offers so many opportunities to utilize new technologies and software tools, there are no limits on what you can do or cannot do, your imagination is your limit. The employees are working like a family, people take care of each other when we have hard time and family crisis. I would love to come back to work again for this company.

      Cons

      As most small companies, the leverage to get a good health plan at reasonable cost is hard, the good part is the health insurance has not gone up much.
