Pros
The day I was laid off/fired was the best day that I'd ever worked there. I almost kissed when they gave me my pink slip.
Cons
Not once, during my entire tenure there was I offered "health insurance". I didn't care. There was a $2,000.00 deductible. The "dental plan" was just as generous. I was offered on job, but when I got there, they switched the position and made me the secretary. They left me keep the original title, but paid me as the secretary. I was hired as an hourly worker, but was changed to a salaried worker so that they didn't have to pay me overtime. It would have been nice if they would have told me that I had been changed to salary. After weeks of not getting the additional pay, I only found out when I asked for the money.
