      Pros

      Fantastic team of engineers and support staff Perry is a great founder. He's ambitious, transparent with the team, and constantly seeking feedback on his management to be the best leader he can be. He respects employees work-life balance but still pushes everyone to do their best work.

      Cons

      The team is small, which could be a pro or con, depending on the work environment you prefer. The company is fully remote, which can come with challenges.

      Pros

      - This company has an established mentor system where I could meet with a mentor daily to get answers on my questions and help me integrate into the team faster. - Great company culture. Employees can get chance to have team building directly with the founder and other team members. - Flexible remote system - Employees are able to contribute to a decision for a project with ones' best judgement

      - fully remote and with flexible hours - emphasis on getting a good work-life balance - all-in ownership of the product - high engineering bar -> very good learning environment / mentorship opportunity

      - the business is still pretty young and might not be as structured as bigger companies
