Pros
I have been working here for a few months, it is Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm but very flexible for lunch or breaks. On Friday, we usually get off earlier and get provided with food which is very pleasant. I used to work for a fortune 500 company that rarely gave praise or incentives. Dealing with business is a lot less stressful then dealing with individual customers, and the pay structure for sales reps is very good.
Cons
Not much. Major con is no golf swing simulator....but being honest nothing against the company or staff/management.

Pros
Not too many.... decent base, but only to make up for the garbage commission structure. Cool bonus incentives.
Cons
Where do I start... industry is one of the most saturated, half the leads that call in barely speak english, deals constantly fall apart, and management is a joke.
