The business model has changed multiple time, which means less money for the employees. When I started I enjoyed my work and the bonuses where great. But that quickly changed. As does everything with this company. Training is literally through email. And not one mistake is tolerated. Day to day business is slow and getting slower. Management is condescending and cruel. Many employees have either quit or cried due to the dictatorship atmosphere.

Pay, hours, lack of work life balance. Nasty customers. Short staffing. High turnover. Fire “at will”
