Pros

Until July 4th 2016, I had never had the occasion to enter any pawn shop. On the 4th of July, I began working for Cash Canada. It has been a very positive experience. I love this company! Everyone I have come in contact with so far is very friendly and supportive!

Cons

So far I have not come across a single con.

Pros

The company cares about its employees. They have so many free programs that help out not only your business needs but also your personal ones. There is also a lot of room for advancement as they like to promote from within. I was with the them for 8 months before I was promoted.

Cons

Sometimes the customers get angry and yell but this doesn't happen very often as they treat their customers with respect.

I have worked for the company about 2 years, they offer some amazing advancement opportunities and like to promote from within the company. They care about the staff here and have great support systems in place and encourage everyone to do their best and live the company values.

Cons

I do wish the dental coverage was better
