      Absolutely nothing, I would have given zero stars for working here had that been permissible

      Cons

      This company is run with completely fraud operations, running business without licenses. The leadership is single man driven, - arrogant, direction less and stubborn, in spite being clue less of plans for the organization. Salaries go unpaid at times, funding is an issue. All in all this company is a professional suicide to join. company is playing with careers and has already spoiled many of them in last couple of years. BEWARE and trust me I am an existing employee struggling here. DONOT believe any other reviews.

      Pros

      Not a lot of hierarchy so you will always get enough growth if you stay longer. Small team makes the work more fun.

      Cons

      Dont have work ? Don't worry you'll get it after 6 PM. All work is done. Even if it takes 10 years to do so. Not a startup, but they like believing so.

      Pros

      From learning end you will have good exposure of remittance industry. Salary will be on time

      Cons

      1)poor management 2)no product improvement,continues with the same lazy product and lazy team 3)want to AQUIRE whole industry but don't want to invest in anything, want returns but poor planning and lack of management interest 4)no value of sales team, ceo doesn't think sales team should be there. Only operations and IT is the backbone. 5)lack of incentives. My 3 quarter incentives still not paid
