      A decent salary and a convenient location.

      Cons

      Manager had no moral compass, ogled the ladies in the office and made incredibly immature and racist comments all day. No team atmosphere at all. Manager would throw tantrums and complain about the upper management constantly, very distracting and confusing for a new employee.
