Pros

Small company with great leaders that was supportive. Felt less of a business and more of a team. Company invested into the team at the beginning of my career in 2022. Great career opportunity for a contracting company due to the outstanding Program Manager.

Cons

Poor executive decisions after company indictment. Poor communication, low transparency, lack of accountability, questionable business practice.

Pros

The culture at Cask is appealing. There are several Work Life Balance opportunities such as gym allowance, exercise challenges and flexible work schedules. The company believes in promoting from within first and providing necessary training for its employees. The company believes in giving back to the community with volunteering events. Cask believes in transparency between Management and Employee by keeping everyone informed with the direction the company is pursuing and the status of work being bid on. The benefits options are more than some of my previous companies.

The company has experienced turnover for various reasons over the last several years.

Pros

If you are working at the home office in Stafford, Virginia, it is a good place to work.

Cons

The office closes down for a week around Christmas. You are expected to use your own PTO hours for that week. This means you only have one more week to use for the rest of the year.
