Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As our mission is to serve students, we have to evaluate remote and hybrid work opportunities individually to best meet their needs. Unfortunately, that doesn't always meet what our employees want. We are currently undergoing a comprehensive review of all of our positions with a consulting company to evaluate how we rank in the market in order to attract and retain quality employees. Our maternity policy and leave plans are some of the most generous policies we have because we value bonding time for new parents. The college pays for the first 45 days without requiring the employee to use their sick or annual leave. Additionally, our employees can bank a maximum of 480 hours of sick leave to pay for their entire 12 weeks of FMLA. Recently, because of our generous leave amounts an employee was able to be off for 6 months (end of December through May) for maternity leave and it was entirely paid.
