As you mentioned, we try and accommodate everyone the best we can, and if a role isn’t working out for someone we will always try and think of an alternative position within the business. Unfortunately that doesn’t always work out and from time to time, like in any business, we sometimes have to part company with team members. We develop new starters with a clear training plan to give them every chance of success within Caspian and have a great track record in creating leading financial advisors. A part of the training plan does include a short period of contacting customers who we have previously quoted that did not go ahead whilst the trainee develops basic financial advice skills. After the training is completed the advisors then receive live hot key customer enquiries. As with all former caspian employees, we wish you every success with your onward career.
