      Pros

      Nothing. The name is easy to spell. Green a pretty color for their logo. They are HQ in the USA. Two people that I would work with again.

      Cons

      CEO and CFO are the most dishonest people I have ever met. They are liars. Period. They lied to the company that bought them. Founder lied about Caspida to prospects and would have lied to customers if they had any. Prospect kicked the CEO out of meeting for lying. Zero customers when they sold to Splunk. Now Splunk knows the truth about these founders and Caspida

      Great company and Vision. Not for everyone!

      Pros

      I have worked with the CEO and CTO at another startup in the past, so the culture is not alien to me. Next level management is a bit weak, but can be fixed. There is the usual rush of getting things done yesterday. A good data science and data engineering team, but needs to relief the one or two core contributors and spread out the work more.

      Cons

      None so far that is not expected :)

      Interesting problems to solve in the security field, great engineers to work with.

      Important to make initial customers happy, which can lead to shift of focus from the plan.
