Pros

Profit sharing - surprising that there is only on pro that pops in my heads.

Cons

The most stressful work environment I have seen and heard of. And when something goes awry the only person internal sources tends to blame are the account managers. The account managers who are handling 10+ accounts and giving everything they have to management and clients and still being bullied daily. Management is incompetent of system changes and rarely will they check in with their team to see what we can do TOGETHER to fix the problem (FYI the problem is you). Management pushes everything on their employees to fix. There is no support, there is no organization, there is only micromanaging without actually managing. Cass is set up as a dictatorship rather than a team environment (as much as management likes to tell everyone we are). Changes are forced upon employees rather than discussed (client changes, working from home requirements causing all office locations to shift with office dynamics, new systems, etc). There is a lack of training causing a lack of knowledge throughout all internal sources. This in turn causes client relations to appear they know nothing about Cass which alters their relationship with their clients. Their are unrealistic requirements forced upon employees, and when employees break down after multiple plees/requests to management to help - management turns around and blames the employee. Don't do it, don't send your resume. And if you did decline the interview. You'll want to leave your first day and nobody will blame you since everyone wants to leave. There's no advancing either since there is no real organization to go by - even if you work nights and weekends it goes unrecognized.

Pros

Adequate paid time off Pension Work is easy Benefits are ok Profit sharing coworkers are nice

Cons

Zero advancement opportunities Leadership doesn't get it Understaffed - expect to carry the work load of two resources at a minimum Lowest salaries in the industry Tuition reimbursement doesn't even cover the cost of books Cass is the epitome of bad companies and continues to decline while failing at recognizing their shortcomings which are plentiful. Ask yourself if you are looking for a rewarding career. If the answer is yes, then do not waste your time here. One of these reviews basically says "management treats us so well that I haven't noticed any cons." Management is the worst thing about the entire place. They thrive on throwing everyone under the bus - anything to distract from their extremely poor work ethics. The honest truth is management never accomplishes real goals. Instead they talk in circles and offer false promises to dangle the carrot a little longer. The rate at which employees leave is astounding to say the least and the inability for the company as a whole to recognize their massive shortcomings is baffling.

Pros

There really were not ANY Pro's, other than a steady paycheck.

Cons

There were a plethora of CON'S, from seemingly mentally ill, or just plain evil department managers (to mean, abusive IT staff) which are so abusive that the turnover rate makes Walmart look stellar. Another guy had to go to the hospital thinking he was having a heart attack, due to the the stress from the bad management and culture there. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to miserable all day long, hate your job, be sick from the stress, and miserable afterward at home due to how horrible it is working there all day long long like a serf. I have never in my life seen people so beaten down in a workplace. I have heard about the slave factories for Apple and other countries in China, where they have to put up suicide-nets because people are in such a bad position and they feel like the cannot escape...this is the way people seem to feel here after making the mistake of checking into the Hotel California. I saw a huge number of people leave just one department in a sic month period- some who had been there for years. It just has an evil vibe to it.
