      Lots of overtime. 50+ hours a week.

      Cons

      Unreasonable growth expectations. High pressure environment, very bad air quality.

      Pros

      A lot of overtime and programs where good. Not much editing on the machinists behalf. But the Co-Works, if not apart of there little group it did not look good as far as job security. the owners didn't care to much about the employees just that the work got done. Not even the detailed set up sheets couldn't get updated.

      Cons

      Bad air quality shop. The time keeping system was to benefit the company an if you where off a minute it would round it up to the .250 of the hour, so you would be working for free for 14 mins or so.

      Worst Layoff during COVID - Awful Middle Management

      - decent perks, but not worth it.

      Cons

      -They laid off 1/3 of the workforce with no severance right when the pandemic hit, and told everyone they can "re-apply" when it is over - Before the pandemic: middle management would brag about making people cry, when they fire them. - Awful shop - Awful morale
