Cast UK has a warped view on their direction as a company. The unpredicable and aggresive MD has no idea how to communicate with people, & regulary dangles peoples' jobs in front of them for fun. Coupled with this he uses humiliation as a motivating tactic, which is not only damaging to culture but a horrendous way to manage.
They are too KPI driven leading to calls for calls sake. They have so much inconsistency with their methods leaving people confused to what their job role actually is.
