      Hit and miss

      Pros

      Great pay and always overtime if you want it. Free food if you can stomach it. Lot of good colleagues there.

      Cons

      No sick pay. Work can be physically exhausting. If you don’t brown nose you can end up doing a lot more work to hit targets. Has had its good times but can see the decline there.

      No Positives at all such a terrible place to work for that bends rules.

      Cons

      Forced overtime , work load is not shared out get , favoritism is not hidden your told to go faster ! Following certain rules seems optional to who and when . You will be miss loaded this is now you issue and managers won't fix you need to resolve even if it means travelling 3 hours in the wrong direction . They supply no straps to secure your load.
