CastiaRx was formed bringing two pbms together bought in 2017. Diplomat Specialty inc purchased and formed the pbm. The executives they put in places at CastiaRx ripped apart the previous companies. The first thing they did was come in a determine who was paid too much in their eyes and laid people off. The majority of these people ended up being managers. Call centers were shut down, mail order pharmacy was closed, IT departments were skimmed down to bare bones, and call center contracted employees were hired without proper training. They stopped QA on calls which resulted in terrible customer service and the company losing multiple clients worth millions. 50% of employees were let go and another 30% left on their own volition. The COO of Castia left....if that doesn't say anything, I dont know what does.

Very shady management. Poorly ran, and management does not listen to issues on the floor.
