There is quite a lot, will only mention a few
1) so called managers who do not have a clue what being a manager or a leader is.
2) gossip culture among management
3) setting targets that are unreachable, they keep extending the probation pushing you away to leave
4) saying they specialise in tech and finance- Tech they just do not have a clue. Management within tech field never worked in this industry before,enlighten me, can you manage or lead someone without prior experience? I guess no
5)zero benefits
6) massive labour turnover in 13 years the company has been operating
7) zero HR. There is someone stating to be HR but non existent with limited experience
8) A culture of hoarding wealth and spending as little as possible on events, training and employees
9) an unfair and nonesense bonus structure. Only management have it good, the rest forget it
10) unfortunately you are only treated as the revenue you get! C level wont even say Goodbye when you leave, how low can you go.
11) big Ego across management especially C level
12) loooks good on the outside but wait till you see what it offers
13) these positive reviews are from new joiners mainly managing this page, do not get fooled
14) front office who is employed to do cleaning. Working maniac hours, discrimination at its best.
