Pros

It's hard to find anything, to be honest

Cons

Don't fall for the positive reviews. Like someone said, it could only have come from a managers relative or friend. Nepotism and favoritism are ridiculous, they promote only who's part of their little circle. Management is incompetent and ignorant, to say the minimum. Communication is terrible and they don't listen to the employees. Some high-up is a horrible, misogynistic, homophobic and rude person, Idk how they got their job. All that talk of caring about patients and employees is also the biggest lie. Like any big corp, they care only about money. They treat everyone like cattle, the workload and the expectations are absurd, everybody is burnout. The pay was the only thing half-decent here, now their also cutting down the annual increase. No need to say I'm looking for another job

Pros

Insurance is much lower than what other companies offer.

Cons

Dishonesty from upper management, true concerns get ignored. A lot goes on here that wouldn’t at much larger companies. Castle is all friends & family which is why most concerns get pushed aside. There’s compliance but at the end of the day there’s no true compliance compared to other healthcare companies. The compensation isn’t worth all the headaches. Please stop with the culture talk, the culture is poor, and the only ones leaving these rave reviews about the so called amazing culture are all family members or friends. If the culture is so great you wouldn’t have to preach nonstop at every meeting that it’s so amazing. You’re telling the employees that the culture is amazing when it’s not. Stop shoving it down everyone’s throat.

Pros

Competitive pay, affordable insurance and substantial benefits.

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism are the norm. Socializing outside of work hours is necessary if you want to be accepted by the team. Employees are hired and promoted because they are well liked, not because of their strengths and ability to get the job done and done right. Getting direct and confident answers from Management was a constant struggle. Overall, the culture is toxic and unprofessional.
