Pros

Ethical culture goes hand-in-hand with ethical investment specialism. Employee-owned so your voice matters, there's a real sense of co-owners working together. Adapted quickly and efficiently to challenges of lockdown, providing support to colleagues who needed it. We have the Castlefield Academy which provides structured progression for all.

Cons

We may not pay the highest salaries in the market, but this is more than made up for by cultural and employee ownership benefits

Pros

Culture and people are second to none, literally have not experienced a drop of toxic behaviour since starting at this place. Infinite opportunity to grow, any qualifications you want, they are yours. Everyone super friendly, management all approachable - great day to day working environment, lot's of staff are long term which is always a good sign. Work life balance is great, can go on appointments etc with no qualms or checking in, it's all very well managed and people first really, you won't have a bad time in that sense.

Cons

Pay could be better but is by no means poor. Could come a bit more into the modern era of working with things like a casual dress code, socials etc to attract top talent.
