Good pay. WFH for part of the week (depending on location). Interesting deals.

Cons

Obvious politics and manoeuvring at middle management and above is exhausting. Lip service to the stated "values". Very little diversity throughout the organisation and no real attempts to address it (hiring identical candidates is common).
