      Pros

      Working at Casto is over all a very positive experience. There is a very serious focus on keeping the staff motivated and engaged. Continuing education in travel related areas is strongly encouraged and supported. The HEART of the company is compassion, for our travelers and our communities.

      Cons

      In today's world of being constantly connected it is a challenge to actually work only your scheduled 8 hours, so home/work balance can suffer. Maintaining a connection with a remote team can be challenging, as far as consistent communication and keeping the company culture alive.

      Pros

      - A sense of family is very apparent since our head count is not that big. - I love the fact that I can always reach out to my supervisor and speak my mind - The compensation is very competitive and just - The management makes sure to hear out and provide employees' requests (within the bounds reason, of course)

      Cons

      - Continuous learning would be nice to have - Better HMO coverage - To have a more defined career road map & key performance metrics - Some practices are out-of-date

      Pros

      Family orientated; Supportive management with an eye to the future; Strong industry connections; Great travel deals. If you love the industry and are a good, talented person, there's likely something special here for you.

      Cons

      The travel industry doesn't pay well and goes through cycles that aren't easy to weather; Not much room for advancement (but lots of room to grow and make a difference).
