Castrol is owned by BP and the job ad would always be advertised with BP's name on it. So the brand name has the required pull
Cons
Convoluted processes, lots of favouritism, no connection to BP in terms of culture, department full of women, graduates are hired and instantly promoted to managers whereas more experienced staff are not given a chance to progress.
