      Firm focused on specific client needs, not billing in perpetuity Not a micromanaging culture Remote work set-up whenever it's feasible CEO open to new approaches and technology - on projects and within the organization Employees and independent contractors are seasoned, experienced professionals

      Cons

      Small firm with limited administrative support. If you're used to having 24/7 IT help teams, corporate travel agencies, or splashy annual company meetings, this may not be the best fit for you.

      -Entrepreneurial environment allows employees to take on new challenges and create their own opportunities -Firm only hires seasoned consulting professionals and highly experienced subject matter experts - respects their experience and doesn't micro-manage -Boutique firm customizing each team and approach to client needs rather than trying to treat every problem with the same old solution -Understands technology must be part of every engagement

      -New firm, so, there's no name recognition -Growing pains assimilating core Catalyft employees with independent SMEs -Need more frequent communication across project teams so they don't feel isolated from the rest of the firm and can learn about other engagements
