      All projects are state/city related Leadership team is unsupportive, inexperienced and always defaults to micro managing or flat out intimidation. Too many family related players in leadership

      Dysfunctional Leadership. COO thinks the way to get people to work hard is to threaten and intimidate.Projects are never staffed right and people are moved on and off all the time.
