      Terrible Leadership- the seniors and higher have no clue what’s going on or how to lead a team to success. And the good employees are expected to take on more work with little to no guidance

      Team is fantastic. Very seasoned and thoughtful team that wants the best for each employees. Lots of opportunity to grow as an investor.

      Cons

      Slower deployment pace can mean fewer deals per year, but they are disciplined investors, so this is to be expected to some extent.
