Prior to working at Catalyst, I had never worked for a company who actively collects feedback and input from staff to improve the overall employee experience. You are encouraged to share ideas and you feel as if your concerns are heard. Furthermore, Catalyst Miami has wonderful programs that uplift communities. I've worked at many nonprofits and this is the best-managed and most committed to both the community it serves as well as its staff's professional development and wellbeing. There's much opportunity for growth and democratic structures that solicit and value staff input, insight, and contributions. I learned a great deal during my tenure with this organization. Also, one of the most generous nonprofits in terms of compensation in South Florida.
